The 1335 Howe Street Project required a large chiller plant in the project parkade adjacent to the property line. Working with a compact footprint, Aermec was able to provide 14 custom high static fans and custom high water pressure heat exchangers for this tall building.
In addition to the chillers, custom sheet metal plenums were included with acoustic treatment that can be individually isolated and operated.
