Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

- Develop and execute annual business and growth plans aligned with company objectives.

- Recruit, train, and develop team members to support their professional growth and deliver business success.
Sales Growth & Profitability:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow HVAC parts revenue and improve margins.
- Identify new market opportunities, product lines, and vendor partnerships to expand offerings.
- Partner with marketing to design targeted campaigns and seasonal promotions that drive sales results.
Warehouse, Inventory & Vendor Management:
- Oversee inventory and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Manage supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing, dependable delivery, and strong partnerships.
- Continuously improve forecasting, stock rotation, and operational processes to support profitability and customer satisfaction.
Financial Oversight & Reporting:
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to ensure ongoing profitability.
Customer Service & Product Knowledge:
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to support customer needs and strengthen relationships with HVAC contractors and partners.
